As you will see in the photos below the live blood results are from possible viral shedding from one person to another, this may have caused the red blood cells to stick together like a coin stack, commonly called Rouleaux Formation, this indicates a possible presence of a pathology, leading to possible illness.
The colour in the first live blood is due to a different microscope.
