By making application to become part of the RealHealth7 Private Members Association (PMA) I understand that I am agreeing to all terms and stipulations and that I will be held to perform upon all obligations described herein. In order to avoid confusion, it is understood by all parties that this is a private agreement under Private International Law, where without exception there is no recourse available to the parties under any kind of Public International Law and/or Public Policy, including but not limited to the centre of main interest or to the geographical location of the internet service provider of this website; in the event of a dispute between the parties to this agreement, “the practitioner” will use their sole discretion to appoint a individual to evaluate and mediate the dispute, who’s determination will be finale, so as to ensure that a wrong will not be suffered without a remedy or relieve.
I undertake to provide indemnity to and to hold harmless www.realhealth7.org and its principal and heirs/successors and agent(s) and personal representatives, hereinafter “the practitioner”, from any and all liability, causes of action, claims, demands, damages, costs, expenses or compensation of any kind and of whatever nature, including but not limited to attorney fees, arising out of any wrongful or alleged wrongful acts and/or omissions in relation to the services received or the products provided by the practitioner or any assigns.

I understand that this release discharges any potential liability and waives any right to make a claim against the practitioner with respect to any bodily injury, illness, death, need for medical treatment, or property damage that may arise from, or be in connection to, any services or products received from the practitioner. I understand that this liability waiver and release extends beyond the actual practitioner and includes all owners, partners, assigns and employees of the practitioner.
I agree and accept that all Private Member Association accounts are non-transferable and are solely for the purpose of each individual who has completed the associated questionnaire, where the membership status shall only remain current whilst they remain as a knowing and willing contributor to any relevant trials for research and development within Realhealth7/Bio-resonsance Asyra experimental health research.

All volunteers participating in the Asyra Bio-resonance research and development project acknowledge before participation that areas of research remain expressly outside of the scope of any alleged Therapeutic Goods Administration legislation and/or jurisdiction.
All volunteers participating in the Asyra Bio-resonance research and development project acknowledge that unless and until the Asyra Bio-resonance or any of the practitioner research material is registered in Australia through the alleged Australian Registrar of Therapeutic Goods, that all research data collected must not be considered medical advice or that it is in any way intended to diagnose, treat or cure any disease or condition. If you are concerned in any way about any suggestion relating to “what the practitioner would do in your circumstance(s)” then please always ensure to consult your health care professional for advice.

Persons with any pre-existing medical conditions or who hold any concerns toward the commencement of new courses of nutrition, supplements or herbs should consult with an appropriate healthcare professional before beginning any nutrition or supplemental program. You should not disregard, avoid, or delay obtaining medical advice from your doctor or other qualified health care provider because of something you have read on the website or because of any guidance provided the practitioner. If at any time you notice any unanticipated changes to your health (physical, mental or emotional) then you should seek medical attention immediately.
You acknowledge that any services are provided to you on the basis of the accuracy and completeness of the information that you provide, where the guidance of the practitioner will be reliant upon the evaluation of that information. Whilst none of the guidance provided by the practitioner shall constitute medical advice, the first international codification of principles to guide researchers is known as The Declaration of Helsinki, in a document entitled “Ethical Principles for Medical Research Involving Human Subjects” where the practitioner agrees to undertake to be guided by its 13th principle which reads: “In any research on human beings, and men and women, each potential subject must be adequately informed of the aims, methods, sources of funding, any possible conflicts of interest, institutional affiliations of the researcher, the anticipated benefits and potential risks of the study, and the discomfort it might entail. The subject should be informed of the right to abstain from participation in the study or to withdraw consent to participate at any time without reprisal. After ensuring that the subject has understood the information, the physician should then obtain the subject’s freely-given informed consent, preferably in writing”.
